RMA Policy

In the unlikely event of goods requiring to be returned to Net Lynk, we have established a returns procedure which has been designed to cause you the least amount of inconvenience.

Please notify our trade team of any items you wish to return, you will be required to complete an RMA form and will be issued with an RMA reference number before any returns will be accepted.

All RMA returns must be returned to Net Lynk within ten (10) days after the RMA number has been issued.

RMA shipments received MUST have an RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package and a copy of the RMA form included inside.

All Returns should be returned in their original condition including packaging, documentation, manuals, and accessories. Returns that do not include the accessories may be returned to the customer or charged on a per item basis.

The customer assumes responsibility for the product until receipt at Net Lynk, shipping via an insurable carrier is recommended. Any unauthorized shipping charges will be billed to the customer or shipment will be refused.

Net Lynk will provide replacements for all units found to be defective due to materials or workmanship. All returns will be processed after they arrive in our warehouse and will be fully inspected before an exchange is issued. The customer will be notified of the finish status of the product before it is returned or replaced. Any product found to be damaged through misuse, abuse or negligence is not eligible for warranty replacement. If, upon customer receipt, the package is found to be damaged or tampered with, the customer must immediately contact Net Lynk within five (5) days. Net Lynk will then file a freight damage claim with the carrier involved.

Under normal operation, RMA Returns will be repaired / replaced with new parts within 10 days of receipt at Net Lynk and then returned to the customer. In the event of an RMA that is returned and tested with no fault found there will be a testing and administrative fee and applicable carriage rate for the return, as advised on the RMA form.
