Tracking your order

Want to check on the status of a recent order?

When you complete an order at tradecat.co.uk you will be given an Order Number at the confirmation screen which is also sent out in an email.
This reference can be used to check on the progress of your order from initial acceptance to being delivered to you or your customer.

The following events can be shown upon tracking an order:

  • Order received - Order was successfully received by our system
  • Order confirmation email sent - An order confirmation email has been sent
  • Customer Chosen Delivery Method - Delivery method chosen
  • Order awaiting payment processing - Waiting for a payment / credit account entry to be processed
  • Successful payment - Payment received
  • Invoice Raised - Invoice has been raised on our system
  • Order Marked For Despatch - Your order has been passed for desptch in our warehouse
  • Parcel Tracking - Parcel tracking is avaliable

Please Note: Not all deliveries are trackable, unfortunately items sent via First Class post cannot be tracked once they have left our warehouse.
